Planetary drives for antenna actuation
Fri, May 21, 2010
Following are a few examples of planetary drives designed and manufactured by Galbiati Group.
Technical Info:
- high torsional stiffness planetary gears for Azimuth and Elevation actuation of satellite communication antennas;
- high torsional stiffness (greater than 25 x 10 ⁷ inch-l/rad) by self-supporting output drive pinion and solid satellite career; reduced gear backlash; full-filled housing oil lubrication.

Category: Planetary drives

What’s the output torque range for the pinion drives displayed in this page? Thanks.
Thank you for your demand.
Below details regarding the output torque range:
• Acceleration and Deceleration conditions: 45000Nm (output torque)
• Survival 140000Nm Torque (output torque)
Our gear reducers are all high torsional capacity.
